Watching Pink perform at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards program, I was so impressed with her physical skills and artistry that I decided to do this sculptural group. Fortunately, I found a model with skills and a body similar to “Pink”. She built an apparatus in my studio where she could replicate Pink’s amazing poses. In this work, I have tried to capture the aesthetics and heroic character of this gifted performer.
